The unbelievably realistic simulation of ink application, spray distance and tilt angle brings it amazingly close to authentic airbrush performance on the screen. The easy-to-handle finger wheel allows 1,024 levels of fine graduations and when you release it, it stays in the position it was in last, as opposed to conventional airbrushes thus ensuring that the application of digital ink is kept constant.

Pressure-sensitive pen tip:
Very fine transitions and shadings are no problem thanks to the 1,024 pressure levels of the pen tip. The Airbrush delivers fine fingertip control - with a minimum activation pressure of just 30g.

Finger wheel
1,024 levels - without lifting a finger. And it stays in the position it was in last - meaning the quantity of digital ink stays constant.

Programmable side switch
Application-specific and individually programmable - from the simulation of all the soft buttons to shortcuts, pop-up menus etc.

Flip it over - eraser at your service
Indispensable for really productive work: use the built-in eraser for erasing, toning down and brightening your artwork. Individually programmable and configurable, and just as pressure- and tilt-sensitive as the pen tips.

Tilt sensitivity
The Airbrush recognises tilt angles of up to 60° - important for realistic paintbrush simulation, for example.

Customise your pens: With Tool ID each Cintiq 21UX input device can be individually programmed and configured for each application. And these functions can be automatically activated, when the application is started.
