These dock adapters enable your iPod touch (2nd generation) to connect to the Apple Universal Dock and other products that use the Universal Dock system.
Simply insert the iPod touch dock adapter into the Universal Dock, then plug in your iPod touch. When you want to connect another iPod or an iPhone to the Universal Dock, pop out the iPod touch dock adapter and insert a different one.
