Christmas and New Year opening times

Our cut-off date and time for in stock items available for next day delivery to be delivered in time for Christmas is 15:30 on Wednesday 22nd December 2010. If you are ordering a "next day delivery" item on Wednesday 22nd December 2010 please make sure someone will be available at the delivery address between 08:00 and 18:00 on Thursday 23rd December 2010 AND in the event of non-delivery to also be available at the delivery address between 08:00 and 18:00 on Friday 24th December 2010.

* Friday 24th December 2010 (Christmas Eve) = open till 2pm
* Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th December 2010 (Christmas Day and Boxing Day) = closed
* Monday 27th through till Friday 31st December 2010 = closed, see below
* Saturday 1st January 2011 (New Year's Day) = closed
* Sunday 2nd January 2011 = closed, see below
* Monday 3rd January 2011 = closed, see below
* Tuesday 4th January 2011 onwards = normal trading

Please note that any order placed after 15:30 on Wednesday 22nd December 2010 may not be processed until Monday 5th January 2011 and goods will be delivered as soon as possible after being processed. This is because we are reliant on availability of warehouse and courier companies during the holoday period.

During the periods we are closed, the telephone lines will not be manned. However, emails will be monitored and if possible orders will be processed.

There are no guarantees of deliveries, pricing, product availability or accurate stock levels on the web site between Thursday 23rd December 2010 and Tuesday 4th January 2011. Normal stock level numbers will be available commencing Tuesday 4th January 2011.
